At MRC, we start loving on folks as soon as they come into the parking lot. Yes! we know most people can park with ease, but we want their experience at MRC to be top notch. If you love smiling, waving at people and occasionally helping someone park or direct traffic, this is the spot for you!

Our First Impressions Team is responsible for getting our signage in place and welcoming our brothers and sisters beginning in the parking lot.
